2025 APA Points System:

 

The APA POY points system has been updated for 2025.  The new points system was approved by the APA Committee to more closely reflect the Section points schedule.

 

1st:  100 2nd: 80 3rd: 65 4th: 50 5th: 40 6th: 35 7th: 30 8th: 25 9th: 20 10th: 15 11th: 10 12th and lower: 5

 

 

Independence Cup Qualification:

 

The APA Independence Cup team will be made up of the Top 10 in points from the season long APA POY race as of August 19th.  The team will be filled out by 6 Captain’s picks, and the team will be finalized by September 1st so uniforms can be ordered.  You must have played in at least 1 APA event to qualify for the Independence Cup.

 

 

APA Finale Field Make-Up:

 

The APA Finale will be a limited field of 24 players that will consist of the Top-10 in Points and Top-10 in Participation that don’t qualify through points.  The field will be filled out by points standings after that.  You also must have played in at least two other APA events to be eligible for the Finale.
